General Information
Timing for Function
Casa di
Fior knows that your planning wedding day can be very stressful,
therefore we
do
not
restrict your hall rental time to any specific time schedule. You are
welcome to reserve
the hall
for any five hour time frame. This allows you to coordinate your
ceremony time and
reception
time with ease.
Ballroom Minimums
Azalea
Ballrooms: The ballroom’s minimum is a guaranteed 150 guests.
Rose
Ballroom: The ballroom’s minimum is a guaranteed 75 guests.
Ceremonies
Ceremonies
are held on our beautifully landscaped grounds at our gazebo and
includes
set-up and
breakdown of chairs.
The
ceremony set-up fee is $400.00
Food Regulations
All food
and beverage must be supplied by Casa di Fior and consumed on the
premises.
No
leftovers may be removed from premises with the exception of wedding
cake.
Prices
Prices
include all service charges and fees. All prices are subject to change
without notice.
Prices may
be confirmed 90 days prior to functions.
No
additional service charges or fees will be added.

Conduct of Event
In
compliance with applicable law, regulations, and Casa di Fior rules,
client assumes full
responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for any
damages done to any
part of the
property’s premises.
There is to
be no birdseed, rice, confetti, or any similar materials thrown on or
about the
premises.
Police Detail
The Town of
Wilmington requires a police detail on duty at all functions after 8:00
in the
evening.
The booking party incurs this fee.
